1. Respectful & Sacred Use

By using ÌRÀNTÍ, you agree to create, curate, and share memorials respectfully and lawfully. You confirm that you possess the right or family consent to share the photographs, recordings, letters, and biographical narratives you upload, and that visitor tributes you approve honor the dignity of the departed.

2. Plans, Stewardship & Payment

Paid plans are one-time fees, as detailed on our Pricing and Commissions pages: Essential, Legacy, Forever, and Bespoke / Estate Commissions. Each is a single payment processed securely—there are never recurring subscriptions or forced renewal fees.

A memorial remains online in perpetuity under the provisions of the Perpetuity Charter. If you connect a custom web domain registered in your name, you remain responsible for renewing that domain with your registrar; if it lapses, the memorial remains accessible at its permanent ÌRÀNTÍ address.

3. Content Custodianship & Family Approval

The family custodian maintains full editorial authority over the memorial. Public or private guestbook tributes and stories from visitors never appear automatically; they require explicit custodian approval before publication.

We reserve the right to remove material that violates criminal statutes, infringes intellectual property, or constitutes harassment.

4. Inquiries & Legal Notices

For questions regarding these terms, estate inquiries, or legal notices, contact our stewardship director directly via hello@iranti.app.
